Growing and business success depend on numerous factors outside our control, including environmental conditions, technique, water quality, seed quality, market conditions, and more. This Disclaimer and the Service apply only to the official OnTheGrow Microgreen Tracker app operated by On The Grow, LLC. We are not responsible for the conduct, content, or practices of any other business or person using similar names. Verify you are using our official app and channels before providing personal information.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., authentication, hosting). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or availability of those services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Anonymous Data and Business Model

We collect de-identified grow data from use of the Service. It cannot identify you personally and covers the agronomic facts of growing — how long crops take, sowing densities, stage timings, mediums and methods, yields, quality, water use, costs, and the reasons grows fail. We use it to improve the Service, develop industry insights, and for our own research and business purposes. Part of our revenue model around the app comes from this data, and we may use or license insights drawn from it. It excludes your identity, your notes, and anything about your customers; we retain it permanently, including after you delete your account, and we will not attempt to re-identify it. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this collection, retention, and use as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer.
